Discover Pomodoro

In Italy, the tomato is called Pomodoro or “The Golden Apple”. First arrived in
Italy as a stranger, the tomato rapidly became a culinary phenomenon and is now an integral part of the Italian culture.

True to the Italian heritage of Les Spiritueux Iberville, POMODORO is an homage to this community that arrived in Québec in the 50’s and that is now an integral part of the Québécois culture.

Infused with tomato, that fruit we now treat like a vegetable, POMODORO will
charm by its tomato flavour and its subtle basil notes. Try it on ice, in your “Bloody Ceasars” or in your “Dirty Martinis”.
