We donate a portion of all our Miele sales to the Miel Montréal cooperative to support the work they do with our friends the bees, the most important pollinators we have.

Produced by bees from the hives of Miels d’Anicet in the Laurentides, this delicious nectar brings a unique richness to our spirit, itself made in a church converted into a micro-distillery in Sorel-Tracy. Nose and palate
On the nose, we first appreciate the apricot pit bouquet, typical of amaretto. Follow the sweet notes of almonds and pears. On the palate, camomile and ginger join in offering a delicate freshness. Grilled sesame concludes the experience.

Bees are the most important of our pollinators and their fate is sadly threatened by current production and consumption patterns. Miele is committed to be a change maker in several concrete ways :
- When you buy a bottle of Miele, we donate part of the sale to the Miel Montreal cooperative to support the work that this organization does with bees.
- Since almond cultivation is one of the most harmful for bees, our amaretto is made from avellina (the apricot kernel), in the true Italian tradition.
- We raise awareness within our community, encourage better consumption and take positive impact actions, such as signing the urban beekeeping charter.

Miele lemon
- 60 ml Miele
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- Ice
Instructions:
Pour both ingredients into a short glass, over ice. Stir with a spoon. Add a lemon slice, if desired. You can
also mix using a shaker if you want to put on a show!

- 45 ml Miele
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- ½ Egg white (optional)
- Ice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in shaker and add two small ice cubes. Shake the mixture until the ice cubes have
completely melted or until they no longer make noise — this step creates a beautiful emulsion within the
shaker. Fill with ice to mix and shake again for 10 seconds to cool your concoction. Serve by straining with a
fine sieve into a goblet of your choice. Garnish with lemon, if desired.

- 30 ml Miele
- 30 ml Les Subversifs’ Gin de Marie-Victorin
- Homemade Earl Gray iced tea (to fill)
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- Mint leaves
- Ice

Step 1: Infuse 4 bags of Earl Gray tea in 2 litres of boiling water for 10 minutes. Let them cool.
Step 2: In a tall glass filled with ice, pour in all ingredients, then mix with a spoon.
