Amermelade is the wise combination of the classic Italian style of “aperitivi amari” (bitter apertifs) with locally grown sea buckthorn, sumac and sweet gale. This first Québec born bitter aperitif is therefore the happy marriage of two warm and charismatic cultures.

Montreal Cocktail - IBRV rendition

*In 2017, a group of service industry legends from Quebec sought out to create an emblematic cocktail for the city of Montreal. They even went to the famous "Tales of the Cocktail" festival in Louisiana to show it off to the entire world. The idea was to make an instant classic out of it, and have it be the city’s official cocktail for its 375th anniversary. The recipe calls for ingredients that refer to the symbols on the city’s flag and to its coat of arms. For more info, click here.
